Plan del Sole is the à la carte restaurant at Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 Hotels, serving fresh, seasonal Italian favourites from morning to evening. Breakfast is for hotel guests, while lunch and dinner are open to everyone. Expect handmade pasta, slow-cooked meats and simple ingredients that speak for themselves.

BREAKFAST: 7:30am to 10:30am (Hotel guests only)

LUNCH: 12:00pm to 3:00pm

DINNER: 7:00pm to 11:30pm, last food & drink orders 9:30pm.
