From 75 sqm for a one bedroom apartment to 600 sqm for the four bedroom Presidential Villa. Two bedroom apartments are 140 or 330 sqm, and three bedroom apartments range from 225 to 395 sqm.

Two of ours do: the One Bedroom Duplex at 170 sqm and the Two Bedroom Duplex at 330 sqm. Both also have a private rooftop terrace with a large seating area and a barbecue station, which makes them our most requested apartments for couples.

One bedroom apartments have a queen bed. Two bedroom apartments have a king master and a second room with two single beds. Three bedroom apartments have one or two king masters. The Presidential Villa adds a children's room with four bunk beds.

Yes. A baby cot is free of charge for one child under five years old. An extra bed for one additional guest aged six or over is 50 JOD per night, per apartment. Please request either when you book, as availability depends on the apartment type.

The Presidential Villa, a 600 sqm four bedroom villa in Aqaba with a children's room and a separate helpers' room. For smaller groups, the Three Bedroom Duplex Marina View gives 395 sqm across two floors, with a private rooftop and a barbecue station.

Yes, every apartment has private outdoor space. Balconies look out over the marina or the grounds at Ayla, and all four duplex apartments add a private rooftop terrace on top of that.

The nearest beach is 200 meters from reception, on the Red Sea at Ayla on the northern edge of Aqaba. La Plage Beach Club is a 600 meter walk and access is complimentary for guests.
