  • Yes, in all apartment types. The pet fee is 35 JOD per night, and we ask owners to sign a short pet form on arrival. Please tell us you are bringing a pet when you book.

  • Yes, at four partner venues across Ayla, each with a different kitchen: Hattouta for Arabic, Mingle for continental, Tipsy Cow for American and Mexican, and Munch for snacks and sandwiches. Breakfast is served 08:00 to 12:00. It is included on some rate plans, or 15 JOD per person per night.

  • Cloud 7 guests have complimentary access to La Plage Beach Club and its pool, in the neighbouring Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort, open from 09:00 until sunset. The apartments themselves sit on the Ayla lagoon, with the nearest beach 200 metres from reception.


  • Yes, on request. King Hussein International Airport is 10 km away, a 12 minute drive. A private sedan is 25 JOD each way, a seven seat mini van 45 JOD, and a seventeen seat van 100 JOD. Please book in advance.

  • Yes. Babysitting is available with at least 48 hours notice. We also arrange transport and tailored trips to destinations of your choice, including Wadi Rum and Petra.

  • Yes, all within a short walk. Calamantina women's salon and spa and Yousef Afendi men's salon are both 100 metres away, and Rawhi Clinic is nearby for medical needs. These are partner venues rather than on-site facilities. Cloud 7 guests can also use Power Hut Gym for 5 JOD.

  • Yes. Ayla Golf Club is an award-winning Greg Norman signature course with an 18-hole championship layout and a 9-hole academy. Cloud 7 guests receive a special green fee rate. Silica Restaurant overlooks the course for lunch afterwards.

  • The best available rate is always on our official website. Booking direct also gives you access to member offers, flexible cancellation on eligible rates, and direct support from our team, with no third-party booking fees.

  • Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to a set period before arrival, while advance-purchase or non-refundable rates offer lower prices in exchange for stricter terms. The exact policy is shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Specific accepted cards and any deposit or pre-authorization requirements are confirmed at the time of booking and at check-in.

  • Yes, complimentary WiFi is available for all guests throughout the property.
